Security Notice

For security reasons, applicants are not permitted to bring any object deemed to be a security risk for the Application Centre such as:

• Objects with a sharp point or sharp edge capable of being used to cause serious injury;
• Weapon or weapon-like objects.

Sites where mobile phone prohibition is not exempt by client.

The use of mobile phones, cameras and other video recording devices is strictly forbidden. Applicants will be asked to switch off their electronic devices at the entrance of the Application Centre. It is at TLScontact’s discretion to ask the applicants to place their devices in a dedicated cabinet.

The use of cameras and any video recording devices is strictly forbidden. It's prohibited to have phone calls and/or take photos, video and/or audio recording in TLScontact premises unless specifically authorised for business.

Suitcases are not permitted in the Application Centre.

Backpacks and purses may be subject to search at the entrance of the Application Centre. Anyone found carrying a dangerous item will be refused access to the centre. 

Only applicants, authorised representatives and authorised accompanying parties (such as those providing assistance to the mobility-impaired or those requiring translation) will be allowed access to the Application Centre at the security checkpoint.
