How can you use TLScontact services?

Before submitting your documents, please ensure they are legalised by the relevant national authorities and, where required, translated into English.

To submit your documents:

1. Create a TLScontact account.

2. Book an appointment online.

3. Submit your documents at the TLScontact centre for verification and legalisation by the Belgian Embassy.

MAKING AN APPOINTMENT AT THE TLSCONTACT VISA APPLICATION CENTRE IS FREE.

Do not pay anyone who claims they can guarantee an appointment or special treatment.

Visa applicants have reported paying various sums of money (from 5,000 CFA to 250,000 CFA) to external people outside the TLScontact building to obtain either an appointment or documents which are supposed to guarantee the applicant a visa.

The money paid to these third parties can in no way speed up the processing of your visa application or ensure a favourable outcome or benefit you in case of a complaint.

TLScontact strongly condemns these fraudulent and deceptive practices.

No external intermediaries are accredited by TLScontact or the Embassy.

If you have been a victim of these practices, we urge you to lodge a complaint for fraud with the Cameroonian authorities and to report these people to us by e-mail at customercare.yao2be@tlscontact.com
