Legalization information

To submit your documents for legalization, you will have to pay a legalization fee and a service fee.

The legalization fee is collected on behalf of the Embassy of Belgium in Beirut and the service fee is collected for the processing of your documents at the TLScontact centre.

To submit your documents for legalization, you will have to pay:

• Legalization fee - collected on behalf of the Embassy of Belgium in Beirut
• Service fee - collected for the processing of your documents at the TLScontact centre
• Applicants introducing their documents to be legalized for long-stay visas at the same time as introducing their visa application will not be asked to pay the service fee, only the legalization fee

Attention:

• The service fee is non-refundable and non-transferable if the legalization application cannot be done by the Embassy or if the applicant decides to terminate the application.
• The legalization fee can be refunded but non-transferable if the legalization application cannot be done by the Embassy or if the applicant decides to terminate the application.
