OUR OPERATIONS IN EL-MOHANDSEEN WILL BE MOVED TO OUR NEW LOCATION IN EL-SHEIKH ZAYED CITY ON THE 3RD OF MARCH 2024

All applicants who have booked or will book their appointments on or after the 3rd of March 2024, will attend the appointment at our new location: Building B9, the 3rd floor, Capital Business Park, Western Periphery of El-Sheikh Zayed City, 6th of October, Egypt.

Note:If you have submitted your application at our centre in El-Mohandseen and have not requested the courier service, and your passport is ready for collection; if you will collect it on or after the 3rd of March 2024, please visit us at our new location mentioned above.

RECOMMENDED ACTIONS AFTER THE EMERGENCE OF THE EG.5 VIRUS

With the onset of EG.5 virus, It is highly recommended during this period to:1. Keep physical distance of at least 1 metre from others, even if they don’t appear to be sick. Avoid crowds and close contact.2. Wear a properly fitted mask when physical distancing is not possible and in poorly ventilated settings.3. Clean your hands frequently with alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.4. Cover your mouth and nose with a bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze. Dispose of used tissues immediately and clean hands regularly.

The Belgium Embassy in Cairo will not legalize any documents issued in Yemen any more and all documents should go through the legalization process in Riyadh.The Belgium Embassy in Cairo will not accept any applications any more from nationals of Yemen unless the applicant:

Has a valid residence permit in Egypt, not the stamps issued at the airport, issued by the Immigration administration in Abbasiya;
Is joining a recognized refugee within the year of the recognition of refugee status in Belgium.
