Legalization Fees
To submit your documents for legalization, you will have to pay a legalization fee and a service fee.
The legalization fee is collected on behalf of the Embassy of Belgium in Cairo and the service fee is collected for the processing of your documents at the TLScontact centre.
To submit your documents for legalization, you will have to pay:
- Legalization fee - collected on behalf of the Embassy of Belgium in Cairo
- Service fee - collected for the processing of your documents at the TLScontact centre
Attention:
- The service fee is non-refundable and non-transferable if the legalization application cannot be done by the Embassy or if the applicant decides to terminate the application.
- The legalization fee can be refunded but non-transferable if the legalization application cannot be done by the Embassy or if the applicant decides to terminate the application.

* The legalization/authentication fee, which is only collectible in EGP, may change as a result of currency fluctuation.
Note: Original document and its translation are counted as two documents.
The service fee, mandatory for any legalized document, is 5.00 EUR (284.00 EGP).
