The Belgium Embassy in Cairo will not legalize any documents issued in Yemen any more and all documents should go through the legalization process in Riyadh.The Belgium Embassy in Cairo will not accept any applications any more from nationals of Yemen unless the applicant:

• Has a valid residence permit in Egypt, not the stamps issued at the airport, issued by the Immigration administration in Abbasiya;
• Is joining a recognized refugee within the year of the recognition of refugee status in Belgium.
